Order confirmation

As soon as you place an order you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.

Once your order ships

When your order is dispatched we send a second email with your tracking details. Tracking usually starts updating within a few hours of dispatch.

Checking your order status

If you created an account when ordering, sign in and open your account to see the status of every order.

Cannot find your tracking?

Email slmnasit01@gmail.com with your order number and the name the order was placed under, and we will send you an update.

Order taking longer than expected?

Deliveries can occasionally be delayed by weather, public holidays or an incorrect address or phone number. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, get in touch and we will chase it with the courier.
