Shipping & Delivery

Where we deliver

We deliver across all seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

How long it takes

• Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman — usually 1–2 working days.
• Abu Dhabi & Northern Emirates — usually 2–3 working days.

Orders placed before our daily cut-off are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on Fridays, or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery cost

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout before you confirm your order. You will always see the final amount, including any delivery fee, before anything is confirmed.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation by email. See our Track My Order page for how to follow its progress.

Failed or missed deliveries

Our courier will attempt delivery and will contact you on the number given at checkout. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct — an incorrect number is the most common reason a delivery fails. If we cannot reach you after repeated attempts the order is returned to us.
