Cash on delivery

We accept cash on delivery only. You pay the courier in cash, in dirhams, when your order reaches you. Nothing is charged before that.

Why cash on delivery

It is the payment method UAE shoppers trust most, and it means you never have to hand card details to a store you have not bought from before. You see the parcel before any money changes hands.

What this means for you

• No card details are entered on our site, ever.
• No payment is taken when you place the order.
• You pay the exact total shown at checkout, including any delivery fee.
• Please have the correct amount ready — couriers may not carry change.

We do not accept

Credit or debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer or cryptocurrency. If any website or message claiming to be TrendSphere asks you for card details, it is not us — please report it to slmnasit01@gmail.com.

Refunds

Because orders are paid in cash, approved refunds are issued by bank transfer to an account in the name of the person who placed the order. See Returns & Refunds.
