These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with TrendSphere ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

TrendSphere is an online retailer selling to customers in the United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at trendsphrere@gmail.com.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only once we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order β€” for example where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was published in error, or where we cannot verify the delivery details β€” and we will tell you if we do.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). Any delivery charge is shown separately at checkout before you confirm. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order already confirmed.

4. Payment

We accept cash on delivery only. Payment is made in cash to the courier at the time of delivery. We do not accept card payments and will never ask you for card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery timeframes given on this site are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays, or an incorrect address or telephone number supplied at checkout.

6. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Product information

We take care to describe products accurately, but colours may vary between screens and packaging may change. Product images are illustrative.

8. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate delivery details and a working contact number, to be available to receive your order or arrange redelivery, and not to use this site for any unlawful purpose.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the version that applies to that order.
